All honey products are sold subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
Product images are representative. Due to the natural nature of honey, color, flavor, and consistency may vary between batches and seasons. This is a hallmark of authentic artisanal honey, not a defect.
Tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit toward a future booking. No-shows are non-refundable.
Participants with known allergies to bee stings must disclose this information at the time of booking. While we provide full protective equipment and maintain high safety standards, we cannot guarantee that stings will not occur. Participation is at your own risk.
Honey is a natural product. It should not be given to children under 12 months of age. Consult your healthcare provider if you have specific dietary concerns.
We offer free local delivery on orders over $40 within city limits. Nationwide shipping is available at calculated rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace or refund damaged items at our discretion.
